This is a vintage “pouch pal,” which is a child-sized backpack carrier for small dolls and/or stuffed animals, from 1996. It was handmade in the USA by PATINA PRODUCTS INC in Beverly, MA.
*The pouch is 8 inches in height and 5.35 inches in width, so the stuffed animal or baby doll has to be slightly smaller in order to fit in the pouch.
The backpack carrier has a colorful butterfly design on the outside and is a solid dark purple
fleece material on the inside. It includes adjustable straps to fit your child’s back. Great for ages 3-6!
The entirety if the item is in great condition, but there is a red spot on the inside of one of the shoulder straps (see photos)!
