Pretty much brand spanking new. Only wore it once to try since I ordered one and it was lost so I had to order another one. The one that was lost was Recovered 2 weeks later. So i now have two.
I put multicam shoulder comfort shoulder pads on these. This plate carrier has Mag pouches installed in it on the sides and front.
I'll even let you have the patch lol.
